Our vision is focused on providing the first class service in the construction industry and refurbishment of property through employing local qualified professional and dedicated staff and making a significant contribution to the economic empowerment of historically disadvantaged people and emerging business and helping people building affordable houses.
We achieve this by creating jobs and developing entrepreneurial skills through high technology training in the construction and property refurbishment industry with an already identified need for this service in our community.

Health, Safety & Environmental management is of paramount importance and the acceptance of responsibilities is taken very seriously.
All levels of staff and operatives are trained to high standards in respect of protection and environmental control of both operatives and the General Public. All technical staff and operatives have been trained in Health & Safety. Competence of all employees and engaged labour is checked prior to commencement and records of achievement held at Head Office. Prior to the commencement on site a ‘Starter Pack’ of Health, Safety and Environmental Control is produced which is specific to the site.
Included in the pack are Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Risk Control, Specific Site Requirements and all other relevant information. The ‘Starter Pack’ is used by the site team as a building block towards the job completion Health, Safety and Environmental Control file.
